Ms. Ma Liqin, 47, was a Falun Gong practitioner from Qitaihe city, Heilongjiang province. She was abducted on March 5 2002. On March 15, Second Detention Center Director Yin Zhongliang dragged her into his office and beat her savagely. He started kicking her feet, and then shoved her head against the wall. Ma Liqin lost her consciousness on the spot, and remain in a vegetative (total incapacity) state ever since. Huge medical bill and mental pressure made the whole family living in agony, yet the criminal is still remains at large.
